Villa Monica

Villa Monica is a brand new, luxury villa, perfect for families and couples. Located in Pernera, one of the most popular areas in eastern Cyprus, it is close to stunning beaches, a superb range of shops, family oriented bars, tavernas and restaurants, and only a few kilometres from the more lively towns of Protaras and Agia Napa.

The villa can sleep six in two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and one twin.

The accommodation is complemented by a good-sized family bathroom, a high-spec designer Italian kitchen, a large open-plan living area for relaxing after a hard day at the beach, air conditioning throughout, a plasma TV with satellite and DVD player, and an iPod dock to enjoy your favourite tunes.

If you don’t want to get sand between your toes, you could relax on one of the four sun-loungers by the private 8x4m swimming pool. After the sun sets, you could enjoy dinner on the patio ‘al fresco’, perhaps using the BBQ provided.

And if you’re travelling with babies, facilities such as a cot, baby monitor and high chair are provided, meaning that you don’t have to bring everything with you!
